What was the highlight of Vamar Vallarta All Inclusive Marina & Beach Resort
Enjoyed the property and my stay with Vamar Vallarta
Location is excellent with a couple of pools and a restaurant on the Marina side and a couple of pools and 2 restaurants on the ocean side of the property.
Only place to get water was in the lobby. Water machines on the individual floors were all out of service.

Very Good
The staff was friendly and the three pools, all with a swim up bar and two by the ocean were great! The food was decent and the drinks were tasty.
The rooms were outdated. The elevators are very small. The seafood lunch restaurant was disappointing.

Overall I enjoyed my stay once I arrived and checked in. Whether booking through Booking.com or directly with the hotel
Great location and cleaning, restaurant and bar staff.
The deposit process is ridiculous. Staff either don’t answer the phone or when they do don’t speak English. They rarely answer emails, when they did they promised to send banking information that never arrived. I arrived without making a deposit wondering if I still had a room two years in a row. My daughter and family had their room cancelled the day before they were to arrive and I had to scramble to make sure they still had a room. In this day and age not having wi-fi throughout the hotel and it all rooms is not good enough.
